Insurance & Payment
Here's exactly what I accept. Find your plan below, then send me a message and mention your insurance.
Kaiser Permanente members
I'm in-network with Kaiser Permanente and offer online therapy for people in Colorado. If you're a member, I'd be glad to hear from you. Send me a message and mention your insurance. Plans differ, so check your mental health benefits with Kaiser.
Colorado Access (Medicaid)
Colorado Access is the only Medicaid plan I accept.
Medicaid in Colorado is organized into multiple regions, and I can only work with Colorado Access members. If yours is through a different plan, I can't see you, and I'd rather say so up front than waste your time. Not sure which plan you have? Your member card will say.
Other in-network plans
I'm also in-network with:
- Anthem
- Carelon Behavioral Health
- Cigna and Evernorth
- Optum
- Quest Behavioral Health
- SelectHealth
- Surest
- United Medical Resources (UMR)
- UnitedHealthcare Student Resources
- UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH
Coverage varies, so check your benefits. Ask your plan whether outpatient mental health and telehealth are covered, what your deductible is, and what you'll pay per session. The member services number on your card will get you there.
Paying privately
If you don't have insurance, your plan isn't listed, or you'd rather not use it, you're welcome to pay privately. Session rates start at $150.
If your plan has out-of-network benefits, ask your insurer what it reimburses before we begin. I can't promise what a plan will cover.
I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Health Savings Account cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
If you're uninsured or paying privately, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs.
Questions about coverage?
Send me a message with the name of your plan and what you're looking for. If you're a Kaiser Permanente member, let me know. If you have Medicaid, Colorado Access is the only Medicaid plan I accept.
